Rules

HOUSE RULES

Paradise Ocean Club LLC is a privately operated business and we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
Membership is not required to attend or participate in Paradise Ocean Club events.
A Daily Pass is $10 for adults* & $5 for kids between 3-17 years old which includes access to the club, beach, Olympic-size pool, restaurant, bar and band!
You must be in proper swim attire to enter the pool.
No outside food or drinks permitted other than one sealed bottle of water. No coolers allowed.
All bags are subject to search at any point.
Attire is casual. Pants are to be worn at the waist. No doo rags. No athletic shorts unless involved in a pre-arranged event. If attire is not considered beach friendly, we may refuse service.
No rough play, excessive language, or any other behavior that might be deemed unsafe.
No knives, tools, or weapons of any type allowed on the property at any time.
Children under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
One adult may accompany up to but no more than 3 children under the age of 18 at a time.
Adults must purchase an All Access wristband to enter the pool or beach area when accompanying an underage individual. When accompanying an underage individual, adults are expected to be in the same vicinity as the under-age guest.
Proof of age may be requested at any time.
Tables on the deck and inside dining area are for lunch and dinner meal service from the restaurant menu. Please feel free to relax and enjoy your meal. If we are on a wait, please be courteous and do not linger so that others may have a chance to eat. This is especially important on evenings with live entertainment as we tend to have people waiting for tables.
You are welcome to leave a car overnight, but please make sure it is parked on the paved lot. Paradise Ocean Club LLC is not responsible for the vehicle or any damages.

POOL RULES

The lifeguard is the authority on the pool deck. His or her verbal command takes precedence in any situation and must be obeyed for your safety and the safety of others. Failure to obey the lifeguard will result in the loss of pool privileges which may include immediate removal from the facility and up to termination of membership.
No running, horse play, pushing, kicking chicken fighting, ect.
Children who have not passed a swim test must remain in arms reach of a parent or guardian while in the pool/baby pool.
Rafts, floats, boogie boards, ect. are not allowed in the pool. Children under 3 may use small flotation devices while in the arms reach of a parent or guardian.
Ball, Frisbees, etc. may not be used in the pool. Other toys not being thrown may be used. The lifeguard will make the final determination on what toys are permitted.
Children under 3 must have direct supervision on the baby pool slide. Someone must help them up the ladder and someone must be in the water.
Appropriate bathing suits must be worn in the pool. NO thongs, athletic shorts, street clothes, etc. Babies must wear suits over swim diapers. Swim diapers or water pants must be worn by all non-potty trained children.
No changing diapers in public. Please use the changing station provided in the locker rooms.
NO SMOKING on the pool deck.
NO standing, sitting, walking on the wall between the baby pool and the main pool.
NO diving in the Shallow end.
Anyone using the slide or diving board must make sure other patrons have cleared the water below before use.
No type of flotation device may be used on the diving board or water slide. All children MUST pass the swim test to use the diving board or water slide.
No amplified music. IPods, MP3 players etc. are permitted with headphones.
Shower before entering the pool.
No glass of any kind allowed in the pool or pool area.
Drinks are permitted in the shallow end of the pool area as long as they are held over the pool deck and one arm is on the pool deck. NO drinks are allowed on the wall between the baby pool and main pool.
